Haha yea!! We don't really know who owns the land we have built on. It most likely belongs to the concil/local farmer. Trouble is if you have already started to build the land owner might be quite annoyed. Always best to ask before you start building!

Get a decent water supply going. Sands a good mud to use get a lot more riding out of it! Over here a sandy spot will ride all year where ours will only ride for 6 months max.
